Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to run a charter booking: your wallet address, the contact details you enter on a booking, and the resulting on-chain payment record.
What we collect
- Wallet address. Read when you connect a wallet and used to sign you in and to attribute bookings and refunds.
- Booking contact details. The name and email address you enter when reserving a charter, used to confirm and service that booking.
- Booking and payment records. Dates, guest count, fleet, amount, and transaction hashes.
What is public by design
Charter payments settle on the Polygon network. Transaction amounts, wallet addresses, and timestamps are recorded on a public blockchain, are visible to anyone, and cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Your contact details are never written on-chain.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, and we never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Wallet connections are handled by your wallet provider and signing happens on your device.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete the off-chain data we hold about you, email support@consilientmarine.com from the address on your booking. On-chain records are immutable and fall outside any deletion request.
